Delivery Information

Delivery is typically 1–3 weeks.

Once your order is processed, Mercia will arrange a suitable delivery date. A delivery slot will be provided on the day, along with tracking information where available.

Deliveries are made on weekdays and are kerbside only. The building is delivered flat-packed, and someone will need to be present to accept and inspect the delivery. Please ensure suitable access is available for the delivery vehicle.

The 10-year anti-rot guarantee is subject to the building being treated after installation and maintained annually with a suitable timber preservative and waterproof top coat.
