Ingredients:  Shark cartilage, capsule shell: gelatin, rice flour, anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids. Contains fish (shark).

Directions for use:  Three capsules 1-3 times a day with food. Do not exceed recommended servings for consumption during the day. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a properly varied diet. The product is not recommended for pregnant and breastfeeding women.

Storage:  Store at room temperature, out of the reach of small children.
