Our Sweet Sopressata is made with premium lean selected cuts of pork, coarsely minced and stuffed into a natural casing. Seasoned to perfection with traditional spices such as garlic, salt and black pepper. All our products are still hand tied which results in a homemade old world look and feel. It is slowly cured to perfection, resulting in a firm texture and a pure authentic Italian flavor.
