This golden gin is distilled with thousands of fresh passionfruit grown in Tully, Far North Queensland. Tully is famous for having the highest annual rainfall in Australia. Then slowly infused with hand picked Snow Chrysanthemum Flowers from the Kunlun Mountains of Tibet which impart a warm sunny hue to the gin and add a layer of complexity not found in any other gin. These flowers burst out of the snow in early spring are hand picked in the morning above 4,000m in elevation and then carefully dried by small lot farmers in the Kunlun Mountains.
