The Moretti Forni ID-M 72.72 iDeck is designed for consistent baking with a single deck chamber sized for (4) 12" pizzas or (1) 18" pizza, and it can also accommodate (1) 16" x 22" sheet pan. This unit operates at 4.2kW on 230V/60/3-ph power (single phase available upon request). Open frame stand with casters and hood are not included and are sold as accessories; open frame support with casters and tray support is optional.
