Introducing the Bonomi Ghibson 551P PTFE COATED SS DISC lug butterfly valves with Valbia metal electric actuator. These valves are designed with a unique combination of materials and features that make them stand out from other butterfly valves on the market.

The body of the valve is made of epoxy coated ductile iron (EN-GJS 400-15), providing durability and corrosion resistance. The 551P model is available in sizes 2” to 12” and features an ISO 5211 direct mounting pad/square stem for easy installation.

The PTFE seat can withstand temperatures ranging from 70°F to +392°F, making it suitable for a wide range of applications. The valve also meets API 609 face to face flange standards and has a floating dual shaft disc design for optimal performance.

With a pressure rating of 250 psi for sizes 2”- 8” and 150 psi for sizes 10”-12”, these valves are suitable for high-pressure applications. They are also compliant with MSS SP 67 standards and have no pins in the disc, eliminating potential leak points.

One of the most unique features of these valves is the FDA approved PTFE coating, making them safe for use in food and beverage industries. For those who require a stainless steel body, the 550P model is available in sizes 2” to 12”.
