These cartons help protect luxury gift packaging from transit damage while maintaining a professional presentation on delivery.

Durable Corrugated Construction

Manufactured from thicker and denser corrugated board than typical industry-standard mailing boxes, these cartons offer reliable protection during storage, courier handling and shipping.

• 150KTC corrugated board (approx. 3.9mm thickness)
• FEFCO 0203 carton style with fully overlapping end flaps for enhanced corner protection
• Supplied in natural brown kraft colour
• Manufactured from approximately 67% recycled material and fully recyclable

Usage & Handling Advice

Each end of the carton will need to be sealed with parcel tape (not included).

We recommend using the polybag supplied with the flat-packed gift box as a protective buffer layer between the top of the assembled gift box lid and the mailing carton. This helps prevent scuffing during transit, particularly for black matt and pearl finish gift boxes.

For larger coverage, the polybag can be slit along two sides to create a protective wrap around the gift box.

• We recommend carrying out a test mailing with your product contents to ensure they arrive safely
