Essential information:

• Vouchers have a one year expiry date unless stated otherwise. We advise enquiring for specific dates as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
• Max two people per experience (please note one voucher is required per person).
• We run the Meerkat Magic Moment every day in the morning and afternoon, depending on availability. 
• This experience lasts around thirty minutes.
• Price is per person and includes the participant's admission to Edinburgh Zoo.
• Keeper Experience vouchers are strictly non-refundable.
• All orders are issued as e-vouchers, aligning with our commitment to reduce paper usage and aid environmental conservation. We aim to dispatch all e-vouchers within two business days.

Regrettably, our Keeper Experiences are not suitable for certain guests including those with any relevant phobias or known allergies, pregnant women and immunocompromised individuals.
