This boat hook just struck me as a satisfying object, like a tabletop modernist sculpture when stood straight up, making me think of Henry Moore and looking a bit like a tall one armed figure. It would once have fit onto a long handle at the end; now there is a wooden plug at that end that makes a good base for standing it. Great patina and super nice to hold in one's hand.

7 3/8” x 3” w, the plus measures 1 1/4” in diameter. A couple of surface chips as evident but otherwise very good condition.
