12 Volt Electric Fan, Heavy Duty, Two-Speed

Used in trucks, trailer dressing rooms and horse compartments. Essential when there is a possibility of getting stuck in traffic during hot weather, and your roof vents would be of little use. Multiples can be installed.

High & low speeds used for ventilating & circulating air.  Whisper quiet & vibration-less operation. Each fan pulls .9 amps on the low setting, and 1.6 amps on the high setting. Wires into a 12 volt system. Features a 3 position switch at the fan base, and can be wired to a toggle switch & operated from the outside of the trailer.

Chrome, all metal fan with heavy-duty magnet motor designed for auto, truck, tractor, aviation, RV & marine applications. Built-in ball swivel base, which means the fan's direction can be re-positioned.  Includes pig-tail wires, mounting gasket, hardware & instructions. Extends 9" from the surface it is mounted to. Fan & motor are 5" deep. Actual fan cage is 2 1/2" deep X 7 1/2" wide.  Circular mounting base is 2 5/8" diameter.

On a horse trailer interior, this fan would perhaps be installed upside down, hanging from near the corner of the ceiling, in a place the horses could not impact it. Many horse trailers have an angled square plate welded between the top of the inside wall & the over the curve of the ceiling, near where the horse's rear would be: a place intended to mount a fan at the proper angle.
