All Velux roof windows are available in 5 sizes from 540x980mm to 1140x1180mm. With heat blocking laminated double glazing glass, and aluminium capping, this window is most definitely suited for Australia's unique climate. Flashings included as standard, by can be left out by request. Internal frames are painted white timber.

This roof window has a dual action is hung from the top, with a base handle. It opens in two ways. Opening the bottom handle lifts the window pane up 45 degrees away from the frame. By pulling down on the top handle, you can allow ventilation to enter the space without opening the window. A further pull allows the sash to rotate 180° for ease of cleaning the outer pane from inside the room.

This Velux roof window also has the benefit of accessories, such as blinds or an insect screen (available as an added extra). Note, new blinds and flashings do not fit windows purchased prior to June 2015.
