Made using tiny koroneiki olives grown on sacred trees in Crete, Greece. These native olives are hand picked by local families who have been working with olive oil for generations. The koroneiki olive variety is tiny in size but world-famous for their powers. The smaller the olive the stronger the flavour and health potency. They are crushed at the nearby mill and transformed into golden green oil. Korontini is extra virgin olive oil as it has always been.
