A truly defining feature of Carli Shocks is the 1-piece bushings and zinc-plated crush sleeves. Through extensive testing and development, Carli states that poly bushings in an eyelet style are fantastic, in a stem-top, not so much. That's why they have stuck to the original rubber bushings for this style. They can handle more force that comes with a stem-top style, thus effectively providing longer life.
