These intricately woven bags are made in a women's cooperative in the Eastern mountain villages of Bali, a jungle grass called Atta. They are smoked over a coconut husk and honey fire to give them their lovely golden color and slightly smoky sent.  Made by extremely skilled artisans, these purses will last for years. They are lined with our Balizen prints and close with snaps.
