Designed for off-road capability without compromising the classic styling of the 1st Gen 4Runner, this rear steel tube bumper delivers increased rear clearance, structural strength, and modular flexibility—while remaining fully bolt-on and reversible.

Built to follow OEM body lines, the bumper improves departure angle and underbody clearance while retaining factory mounting locations. No cutting, drilling, or welding is required, making it an ideal upgrade for both trail rigs and clean restorations.

Construction & Materials

• .120" wall DOM steel tubing for impact resistance

• 3/8" thick steel plate used for chassis mounts and structural components

• Laser-cut and precision welded for consistent fitment

• Raw steel finish (uncoated) for custom paint or powder coat

This bumper is engineered to handle hard off-road use while maintaining tight tolerances and clean alignment with the factory body.

Modular Chassis Mount System

A key advantage of this bumper is its modular chassis mount design. Instead of replacing the entire bumper when your setup changes, the mounts can be swapped independently.
