✅ Cleaning & Storage: Clean with warm water and brush. Brass nozzle may be removed for thorough cleaning | Regularly lubricate, using cooking oil on O-Ring to maintain a smooth and airtight seal | Do not allow glue to dry in the injector | Do not use solvent to clean
✅ Applications: Reglue Joints (Furniture, Doors, Stair Rails, Cabinetry and more)
✅ Drill a 1/32" hole that opens into a cavity where the joint needs reglueing (1/16" nozzle for higher volume dispensing is available from your retailer).
✅ Place the brass tip into the drilled hole, inject until excess glue begins to appear around joints.
✅ Remove excess glue with damp towel and apply clamps. When dry remove the clamps and fill the drilled hole if necessary. Touch up with color.
✅ Repair Veneer: Drill a 1/32" hole into the veneer where gluing is needed | Inject a small amount of glue into the drilled hole. Roll the area with a roller to spread the glue evenly. TIP: A wooder wallpaper roller works well | Remove excess glue and apply a clamp
✅ Repair Squeaky Flooring: At squeak location, drill a 1/32" hole deep enough to open into the cavity between the backing and flooring | Place the brass tip into the drilled hole and dispense glue | Wipe excess glue, with damp towel. When dry, fill the drilled hole and touch up with color
