My eyes were popping out of my head the first time I did a night dive. I was both terrified And exhilarated. There were bioluminescent creatures all around and who knows what else as my mind raced wondering what was in the darkness. Since then I’ve grown to love night dives because they make a familiar site completely new. The marine life come out and hunt, the colours are actually more vibrant with the clarity of our lights, and there’s always an unexpected fish friend in the water using your lights to help hunt for food!
