Sauvignon Blanc Preasilus is a pure expression of the Preasilus terroir, where Sauvignon Blanc grapes flourish thanks to the altitude and temperature variations of the region. 

This Sauvignon Blanc presents a bright pale yellow color and an aromatic bouquet that seamlessly blends tropical fruits like mango and passion fruit with fresh citrus and a herbal touch. On the palate, it is fresh, lively, and mineral, with well-balanced acidity that lends the wine both structure and persistence. The finish is long and clean, with a subtle saline note that evokes the crisp mountain air.

The grapes are hand-harvested at the end of August and fermented in stainless steel to preserve their freshness and aromatic purity. After fermentation, the wine rests in stainless steel for several months, ensuring its vibrant character without the influence of oak aging. The result is a wine known for its crisp acidity, elegance, and potential for aging.
