1. Defrost the rolls in the fridge maximum 24 hours or couple hours on the kitchen bench
2. If it is for sharing you can cut up to 3 pieces 
3. Preheat the oven to 200°C, egg wash the  rolls, sprinkle sesame seeds (or any seed available) on top
4. Bake fan force for around 20 to 25 minutes until they are golden brown.
5. The rolls can also be baked from frozen in the oven at 200°C for 30 - 35  minutes long to make sure it is cooked all the way in.
6. A metal skewer or knife can be put into the centre and left for 15 seconds and if the tip is too hot to touch when removed, it is ready or if you have a thermometer check it is 72°C in the centre.
7. Let it rest 5 minutes on a cooling tray before you enjoy, bon appetit!
