Franz von Fein stands for non-alcoholic, handcrafted premium aperitifs from the south of Germany. Natural ingredients such as organic fruits and botanicals create an impressive taste: floral and fruity with a subtle bitter note.

The Bernstein Aperitif consists of organic oranges, lavender flowers, rosemary and many more hand-selected ingredients. It has fruity-floral and coniferous aromas with subtle bitter notes in the aftertaste. These come from the essential oils of the citrus fruit peel and the various botanicals. "Bernstein" is the German word for amber and describes the bright and appealing color of the drink. An aperitif that tastes of sunshine all year round.

In 2024, the Franz von Fein Bernstein Aperitif was awarded gold at the World Alcohol Free Awards (WAFA) in London. At the Falstaff Spirits Special 2024, a leading instiution of European wine and gourmet industry, the Bernstein Aperitif received incredible 92 points. We particularly like the Bernstein Aperitif with sparkling water or a dry tonic water as a non-alcoholic Bernstein spritz.
