This is a hybrid BOV / recirculation valve that has been designed to work with engines that have metered air flow systems (Mass airflow sensor, MAF). Where a traditional BOV would cause driveability problems and or a check engine light. The included block-off plate allows you to run it in full recirculation mode or full blow-off mode. The Valve is fully adjustable by turning the top to set the spring preload
