It was witbier that opened up new beery horizons for our founder Vasja, who later realized he wanted to become a brewer and start his own brewery.

Strangely enough, we’ve only brewed a witbier a few times at Bevog - but once again, it brought back some very special memories.

Brewed with a generous portion of the finest wheat, this beer has a lovely, smooth texture and a hazy, orangey-yellow appearance crowned with a pure white head. Hand zested organic red grapefruit and orange peel, coriander seeds, and literally homegrown fresh kaffir lime leaves play beautifully with a special yeast strain that brings its own fruity character - tying everything together into one incredibly smooth, refreshing, and super tasty beer.

On the nose, you'll find witbier's signature mellow banana aroma, enriched by a fusion of citrusy and floral notes. The taste mirrors the aroma beautifully, finishing with that unmistakable, slightly spicy witbier aftertaste.
