The Hiblow 80 Duo is Hiblow’s latest dual-port aerator, designed specifically for systems with a clarifier skimmer to help reduce total suspended solids (TSS) and produce cleaner effluent. It features two clearly labeled outlet ports: the “MAIN” outlet supplies air to the aeration chamber, while the “SKIM” outlet powers a skimmer connected to the clarifier. The SKIM function operates on a programmed schedule each day to maintain a clean clarification chamber.

Compared to the HP-80W, the Hiblow 80 Duo offers several key improvements. Its rare earth magnet motor delivers greater efficiency, drawing only one amp during operation. The unit also runs cooler, helping extend the lifespan of internal components. An upgraded, user-friendly timer replaces the previous Japanese interface, and the redesigned bottom switching mechanism is more durable and resistant to wear.
