The Performance Health Metron Exertube Exerciser is ideal for strengthening and toning of most muscle groups they are a great alternative to other resistance training equipment. Complete with comfortable foam covered handles for easy grip.
Use the exercise tubing for a total upper and lower body workout. Biceps and triceps, abs and calves will all benefit from the numerous exercise possibilities that these tubes have to offer. In addition, they are also ideal for use in your regular Pilates and yoga class.
