Le Paradis is named for its exceptional, south-facing amphitheater slope where the soil is so spectacularly thin and poor that the vines are forced to dig their roots directly into fissures of solid limestone bedrock. The Vacheron cousins farm this steep plot entirely by hand using strict biodynamic principles. The warm, excellent 2022 growing season yielded perfectly ripe fruit, which Vacheron expertly balanced by utilizing neutral oak vats to preserve the vineyard's intense, laser-sharp mineral identity.
