This is how you do it

How Often: Daily, in the morning.

How to Apply:

For full protection, apply 1/4 tsp to the face.

For maximum sun protection, reapply every two hours and after perspiring or toweling.

Avoid rubbing or touching the face, especially while perspiration is present, the product/protection can be removed from the face.
