Traditional Single Drive (Scotch Tension)

The Single Drive Traditional uses a Scotch tension system, allowing easy, precise control of yarn take-up. This version is often chosen for its straightforward setup and consistent adjustment. The bobbins are quick and easy to change. Scotch tension and 4 speed flyer allow for a wide variety of yarn to be spun. Horizontal adjustment of the maiden bar allows perfect alignment with the 4 speed whorl.

Traditional Double Drive

The Double Drive version uses a double drive tension system, where the drive band runs around both the flyer and bobbin. This configuration allows fine adjustment of take-up by modifying band tension.
