As always, the chips are made by hand in small batches with only organic (or better) ingredients, and cooked in grass fed tallow. We use Royal Saigon cinnamon, harvested from the Qang Nam mountains in Vietnam. Royal Saigon is a particularly intense and aromatic cinnamon, due to a unique process that protects the essential oils in its bark. Real cinnamon is antibacterial, has proven cognitive benefits, and helps regulate your blood sugar levels. We never use artificial sweeteners or sugar replacements, most of which wreak havoc on your gut and overall health. Instead, we use small amounts of organic, regenerative-farmed sugar.
