Made the traditional way, from the two grapes that define the world's great sparkling wines. Our Brut Cuvée is a non-vintage blend of Chardonnay and Pinot Noir — the classic Champagne pairing — and is bottle-fermented, the same labour-intensive method behind the finest sparkling wines. The result is a fine, persistent bead and the bready, savoury complexity that secondary fermentation in bottle delivers.

Chardonnay brings citrus, freshness and length; Pinot Noir adds structure and depth. Together they make a crisp, balanced sparkling that works as readily as an aperitif as it does across a meal. As a non-vintage cuvée, it's blended for a consistent house style year to year.
