Sourced from the renowned Baarbara Estate in Chikmagalur, this SL795 lot was processed using the honey method, allowing the mucilage to dry slowly on the bean. The result is a cup with clean structure and medium weight — where citrus shines, but never pierces. The finish is long, round, and quietly complex.

We profiled it to a medium roast to strike balance — retaining the origin’s orange-zest vibrance, while deepening the body into roasted cacao and slow sugar.
