Another great addition to the very competitively priced Tomintoul Finish Range.

This small batch bottling of Tomintoul has been created by specially selecting Tomintoul aged in exceptional ex-bourbon American oak barrels, which are then married and finished in hand selected Madeira wine barrels sourced from Portugal's Madeira islands. This process of 'finishing' creates a beautifully rich, complex and full flavoured single malt.

Tasting Notes

Nose : A bouquet of summer berries, spiced fruits and ginger biscuits with chocolate orange and baking spices

Palate : Layers of juicy cantaloupe melon, brambles and candied peels with chocolate mousse, syrup flapjacks and toasted oak

Finish : Cosy cake spices and cacao with highlights of ripe banana vanilla panna cotta and marmalade
