This green tea is harvested on a tea farm located high in the mountains, isolated from industry and pollution. The long spring and the ecological balance they have in the soil mean that our Jade Green is fresh and has very little astringency. It is handpicked during the spring season and is a combination of steamed and hot air roasted leaves.
