If you are unsure if your shoes are suitable for resoling or you would like a quote for repair, please email us at [email protected] with some pictures of your shoes so we can assess them.

You will receive an email after you checkout with instructions of where to post your shoes and any other requirements.

Resoling takes approximately 5-6 weeks from the date we receive your Duckfeet. On occasion this time frame can be extended due to an influx of resole orders or the complexity of the job. During the month of January our resole team will be on leave until the last week of the month, please keep this in mind when sending shoes towards the end of the year.

PLEASE NOTE: All shoes will be assessed on their suitability once received. Extra charges may incur if your shoes need extra attention.
