Internal core pin for our Triangular Pen Moulds

Machined from high-grade H13 tool steel, the Pen Pin sits directly inside the mould cavity during the manufacturing process to form the exact internal clearance needed for your ink refills. 

The pin features an ultra-smooth finish to prevent the hot polymer from binding, promoting a clean release and a consistent internal diameter every time you clamp the mould.

Machine compatibility & variants:
Please select the variant that matches your specific pen mould. Because our extrusion and injection pen moulds feature different internal dimensions, the core pins are not interchangeable:
• Benchtop Extruder compatible variant - Designed to fit the BEX Triangular Pen Mould.
• Pro-Series Injector compatible variant - Designed to fit the INJ Triangular Pen Mould.
