DESCRIPTION: The Kappa Series knives begin as a single piece of specially alloyed Chrome-Vanadium-Moly cutlery steel. Each knife is hand forged and continues through more than thirty separate steps in the production process before completion. Each knife is fully stainless, ice hardened and dishwasher safe. The Kappa knives are crafted entirely of steel – including the grips – which gives these knives an ideal weight distribution and balance in the hand. Our traditional production process and the innovative design of the Kappa Series were acknowledged by the Red Dot Design Award.
