With the codable locks, the luggage system can conveniently be secured using your motorcycle key. Since vehicle keys cannot be replaced, we offer security lock cylinders that can be individually coded to your key and subsequently fitted. A detailed coding guide is included, as the coding must be carried out using the original key. This eliminates the need to carry extra keys. Please order separately: #30164-200.

An innovative Vario case set that impresses with its high-quality design and flexibility. The highlight: the side covers in carbon look, which convey a premium yet technical style. The volume can be expanded by an impressive 50% thanks to the integrated extension system.

Each case can be extended by 70 mm to adapt to individual needs. These are the most compact motorcycle cases capable of accommodating a modular helmet when extended.

The Vario cases offer the perfect flexibility whenever extra storage is required. When not, they reduce the overall width of the motorcycle – ideal for dense urban areas. The risk of the cases catching on obstacles when parking, in traffic, or on ferries is significantly reduced. Handling becomes noticeably more agile due to the improved centre of gravity compared to fixed cases of similar size. Wind resistance is also noticeably lower.

The cases are compatible with our X-RACK light and X-RACK light DirectLock pannier racks. For mounting on X-RACK pannier racks, the adapter #30187-002 is additionally required.

The side covers featuring the embossed Wunderlich logo in carbon look are elegantly styled and real visual highlights. The frames are equipped with a proven sealing system that reliably protects the contents.

Each case is fitted with two inner mesh nets that keep luggage secure and organised, allowing easy separation of small travel essentials and documents.
The innovative Smart Lock system of the Vario cases ensures maximum safety and comfort. The cases can be opened, closed, mounted or removed in seconds. In addition, the fold-out integrated handles make them easy and comfortable to carry.

The delivery includes two matching locks. An optional lock set that can be coded to your BMW vehicle key is available separately (#30164-200).
