Each release has a new label designed by a local Brighton artist in collaboration. Bottles are limited as always. Their owner Sebastian Woolf does an awesome job at cask selection.

TASTING NOTES

Nose: a tornado of whiteboard chalk, lemon and oily fatty peat right up your nose holes.

Palate: Bourbon-y cask finish sweetness, followed by sexy lemons and some smokey seaside backbone - like a weathered sailor who looks mean but really is just sunshine and rainbows on the inside.

Finish: Nice long finish, nice and clean with a well balanced smoke.
