Book Context
After being born in a kitchen, the titular Latke runs around town screaming at his situation, and screaming at the Christmas decorations around town about thier misunderstandings about Chanukah.

Notes on Scent
As Latkes are traditionally eaten with sour cream and applesauce, I opted for the more pleasant of the two scents.

Notes on Texture
This white glue snowfizz becomes a poofy and sizzly butterfizz once the clay latke is added and the slime is inflated.

Notes on the Book Cover
I based this cover off of the original artwork by Lisa Brown, but adding slime to the Latke hands, and little annoyed faces to the tree ornaments.
