Simplicity 5380; ©1964; Child's One-Piece Dress and Sleeveless Coat: Loosely fitted dress has a front opening with snaps. The neck edge is gathered and finished with a contrasting collar. Short, set-in sleeves with elastic at lower edge form self ruffles. Buttons trim the V. 1 pockets. A ribbon bow at neck edge and the buttons are optional. V. 2 has a self fabric collar. Sleeveless coat is loosely fitted with a front button closing; openings at lower edge of side seams. Bows trim openings in V. 2 coat. V. 3 has top-stitching. Coat may be worn as a dress.
