A Murano-inspired chandelier where dozens of marble-swirled glass discs cascade in overlapping layers from a central sputnik-style chrome stem — multiple radiating arms shoot outward from the canopy, each suspending its own column of soft pink, green, blue, or white discs.
Modern structural precision meets fluid Italian glasswork. Three statement scales for dining tables, foyers, and entertaining rooms.
The Camisa draws its language from the Murano-island glass tradition — the small Venetian island where, since the 13th century, master glassmakers have produced the world's most celebrated handblown glass. Mid-20th-century Murano workshops developed the swirled-glass disc vocabulary using the alabastro technique: layering pigments inside the molten glass to create soft, marbled clouds of color suspended within a translucent matrix. Each disc reads less like a solid color and more like a small, frozen weather system.
Here that vocabulary is reset on a modern sputnik-form chrome frame — multiple radiating arms shoot outward from the central canopy, each suspending its own cluster of marble-swirled glass discs. Layers cascade outward and downward, denser at the bottom, sparser at the top, creating a pool of light that's both architectural and organic. Pairs effortlessly with mid-century modern, modern Italian, modern luxe, Hollywood Regency, transitional, and warm-eclectic interiors.
Inspired by the iconic Murano-island swirled-glass disc tradition popularized by mid-20th-century Italian designers — independently designed and manufactured by Dekorfine in the spirit of that tradition.
Each disc is individually shaped — subtle variations in color depth, swirl pattern, and translucency are part of the handmade Murano-style character. No two chandeliers are identical.
Dekorfine specializes in Murano-style chandeliers — the standard Chrome frame is shown above, but the metalwork can also be ordered in Black, White, Nickel, or Copper. We can also produce the glass discs in any custom color beyond the four standard options — translucent ambers, smoky grays, jewel reds, monochrome blacks. 50 cm / 6 bulbs: mid-sized dining tables (4-person), bedrooms, smaller living rooms.
60 cm / 8 bulbs: standard 6-person dining tables, mid-sized living rooms, master bedrooms.
80 cm / 10 bulbs: grand foyers, 8+ person dining, open-plan living, double-height spaces.
For dining tables, pick a chandelier diameter roughly 1/3 to 1/2 the table's narrow dimension. For ceilings, the 80 cm version reads best with a minimum 2.7 m / 9 ft ceiling.

Each disc is individually shaped using the alabastro swirl technique — meaning no two discs are exactly identical. Subtle variations in color depth, swirl pattern, and inclusion details are part of the handmade Murano-style character, not a defect. Together the variation creates a chandelier with depth and authenticity that uniform machine-made glass can't match.
E14 small Edison screw bulbs — 6, 8, or 10 bulbs depending on size (LED recommended; not included). Pick warm color temperature (2700K-3000K) so the warm glow accentuates the swirled glass colors — cooler bulbs will mute the marble-swirl effect.
Dimmable when paired with dimmable E14 LED bulbs and an LED-rated wall dimmer — dimming is essential for evening dining ambiance.
