Following extensive research, Masters discovered that the best way to retain the character of the wine was to first undergo traditional vinification and then deploy gentle dealcoholisation process with the help of an advanced vacuum distillation technology. The wine is then expertly blended by a Master of Wine to ensure the blend preserves the unique aromas and flavours that define each wine.
ZENO’s Liberated Rose is made from organic Bobal grapes sourced from a single-vineyard plot in the Bodegas Lozano winery in Castilla-La Mancha, central Spain. Grown in the calcareous clay soils, the grapes are carefully selected for their suitability for alcohol removal. The hand selected grapes are vinified in the Bodegas Lozano’s world class winery prior to dealcoholisation.
