The mint, eucalyptus and ginger in this Detox Bath are why we recommend it to anyone feeling under the weather, sore, or tired. Great for clearing your sinuses and relieving sore muscles, Detox has been a fan favourite for some time. Be sure to drink lots of water during and after your bath! This salt also works wonders as a foot soak!

You can add as much or as little salt to your bath water. If you are looking to just add a bit of scent, only add about a 1/2 a cup (1/4 of package). If you are looking to have the full Epsom Salt Bath experience, pour the entire bag in, and enjoy!
