When to Use: When you have been exposed to illness or feel like you might be getting sick. 

Description: The essential oils in this blend have been found to enhance and balance the body's immune response and potentially protect from illness.  10 ml rollerball. 

Ingredients and Benefits: 2% blend of Lavender Bulgarian, Frankincense Carterii, Ginger, and Tea Tree essential oils, in grapeseed carrier oil. 

How to Use: Roll on wrists and upper chest 2-3 times daily when exposed to illness or feel the start of illness. Inhale scent from wrists throughout the day. 

Additional Information: There are many simple things you can do to boost your immune system and protect yourself from illness. Get at least 7-8 hrs of sleep every night. Minimize stress in your life. Eat plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables and minimize the amount of sugar and processed foods you eat. Drink plenty of liquids. Get outside every day. Open the doors and windows of your house every day to "dilute the germs" that may be inside. Avoid touching your face; germs get in through the mucous membranes of your eyes, nose and mouth. Wash your hands frequently, especially after coming home from being out and about. Consider taking supplements--Vitamin D3, Vitamin C, Zinc and Quercetin may protect against infection. If there is a high rate of illness in your community, consider avoiding crowds. 

Additional Benefits of Essential Oils in this Blend: Lavender and Frankincense essential oils are calming. Tea tree may ease congestion.
