These mecate reins come in the length you desire and are made with the 9/16" double braid rope. The rein ends are done with back splices for the popper ends.

This rope has a nice feel to it and will hold up to most any abuse. All of my products are hand tied and spliced in the USA by Elk Hollow Designs.

Double Braided Polyester rope has a Polyester core and a Polyester cover. This rope is the best quality equestrian rope on the market and is also made in the USA. Due to its strength, low stretch, excellent sunlight resistance, and excellent abrasion resistance properties, polyester is a preferred fiber for most natural horse trainers and clinicians.
