This limited-edition single malt is a blend of Oloroso sherry and American oak casks, aged 13 to 30 years. Bottled at 47.6% ABV, it skips chill-filtration for a robust profile. Expect a nose of vanilla and apple, a palate of roasted apples and heather honey, and a touch of wood smoke. With only 12,000 bottles, it's a collector's dream.
