Directions: 

Using approx. 1/2 teaspoon - 1 teaspoon of Cleansing Grains, simply add a few drops of your preferred liquid (water, milk, cream, etc.) into the grains in the palm of your hand or a designated bowl, and mix into a paste. Apply to the skin in gentle, circular motions to cleanse. Rinse well and follow with a toner and moisturizer.

Store away from children. For external use only. Discontinue use if irritation occurs.

GG Tip: 

Mermaid Sands can also be used as a face mask! Get creative and add mashed banana or avocado, yogurt, cream, floral water, oils, (you get the picture!) and gently rub in circular motions over the face (avoiding the eyes and lips). Leave on for desired time; I suggest running a nice, hot bath and treating yourself to a face mask for at least 20 minutes.
