A contemporary Swiss bow made by a prominent member of the Finkel family’s Brienz workshop, representing the fourth generation production from this famed bow making dynasty. More specifically, an altogether elegant and exactingly precise tool by the hand of J.M. Luthi. Silver mounted and original in all its parts, Swiss bows such as these are categorically generalized as being firmer than French bows while still exhibiting some of their more supple and sprightly qualities in comparison to German bows. Of course, good is good, and that is all to say that this is absolutely a quality tool meriting consideration and trial.
