It is made in Sanjo, Niigata by the Tadafusa factory, one of the oldest ones in the area.

The concept combines ancient know-how with the needs of modern-day lifestyles.

This chef's knife or gyutou, is a go-to for all preparations in the kitchen. Meat, poultry, fish and vegetables. It is excellent for medium and large cakes as well.
