This latest CRF250R features an all-new chassis, airbox, and ECU configuration, and our Yoshimura engineering team has been working side by side with Team Honda HRC to extract every ounce of performance from the new model.

With the RS-12 Signature Series full system, we achieved:

• +2% peak horsepower gain over stock

• +5% peak torque gain

Hydroformed Muffler
A new-generation RS-12 profile utilizing advanced hydroforming technology to reduce weight while maximizing internal space for a precise, performance-driven fit. This process allows for a stronger, lighter muffler and includes a deep-drawn, one-piece resonator for enhanced durability and longevity.

Carbon-Faced Machined Joint
Our carbon-infused stainless steel joint eliminates the need for anti-seize compounds. By embedding carbon atoms into the joint’s surface, friction is reduced — minimizing wear and ensuring smooth, long-lasting performance.

Header Resonator
Co-developed with Honda HRC, this feature isn’t just for looks — it enhances power delivery across the entire RPM range and provides a more connected, responsive feel for the rider.

INS-31-K Sound Insert
Pre-installed for an impressive exhaust tone while delivering optimal power output for the new Honda engine.
