Use & Care

• Heat gradually with the grill to prevent thermal shock
• Use a drip pan for BBQ cooks
• Do not oil or place in dishwasher
• Scrape debris and burn off residue as needed
• Natural smoke darkening is normal

CGS Ceramic Spacers

• Pizza: Use 1" spacers to create an air gap between deflector and stone
• BBQ: Not recommended on the Woo due to limited clearance
